lol, that last one under the towers, ya got lucky!

Bad enough on that map with AA sitting waiting for anything that can fly!
 
Must admit the recent patches have made this well playable on PS3, steady FPS, no lag or hit detection problems, just good fun.

Just keep using the gun. Once you finish the kill threshold, you start unlocking gun specific battlepacks. So for 150 kills oyu get the final sight unlock. But, after say another 50 kills with the gun, the get a battlepack that includes 3-4 sights for that gun only.
Check your battlelog on PC to see how close you are to the next one.


Which brings me to another point - I wish a lot of the Battlelog stats were viewable IN-GAME!
There is a lot of useful info with regards to unlocks on there as I know it's easy enough to have a Laptop next to you but having it in game would surely be worthwhile.





Lastly, peopel may notice me jump in and out of games with you lot or maybe you're in my squad and I switch squads etc.
I really enjoy playing with people from here and we have some good games, but when I have all my mates on there is a full squad of us so I sometimes will just switch to join them if they all come on.

Just so people don't think I'm trying to get away from you! haha

Understandable, join us when ever you can matey. I joined your game and party chat Saturday but after the game crashed I got the hump and left :p.

Yeah sometimes people just dissapear due to crashes and bugs so people come and go. Figured that must have happened or you went to join others etc. Game ran smoothly yesterday for all of us but the chat was acting up a lot.
In the evening it just kept kicking us all out. It was fine for hours then all of a sudden while on Metro, there was a really evil sounding baby laugh (freaky) and we all got kicked out of the chat and it never really worked from then on.

To be honest, I've played 150 hours so having about 5-6 crashes, and 1 issue with the party chat I don't think that's bad at all.
I encouter a game breaking bug in pretty much every game I ever play and most only last 4-6 hours so in that respect BF4 is pretty damn good really!!!
 
made great use of the Double XP over the weekend. Used both my remaining 100 % XP Boosts and unlocked all the snipers in just over 2 hours playtime. The intervention is pretty sweet, just need to unlock the straight pull and range finder for it now to make it easier to use at range.
 
i must have like 30-50 XP boosts or something, only used about 5 and i have opened every free battlepack this month so far apart from maybe one or two and got premium battlepacks as well as the ranking up ones.

it's just a pain you have to keep turning them on, it should just set them up to automatically turn on until they all run out.
 
I prefer the idea of having to turn them on

That way you can turn them on at the most opportune moments - like when its Double XP weekend, or when you're playing a high scoring game type like Dom.

Or when you prep the 4 class service stars to 95% completion, along with the tank and attack craft one. (wanted to do chopper and IFV too but didn't have time).

Last hour of double XP I wacked on 200% with all of those prepped and my score went nuts. Got a Rush service star too. 120,000 points per service star and there were 7 of them :cool:

Almost at max rank now though so the other 60 XP boots I have left are kind of pointless. Think you get too many and should maybe give out mroe sights/camo's instead.

I'm the same if I jump on early, I might get thrown off by the wife if she wants to watch something :p

So I'm not being rude if I don't join invites. Like the other night :D
 
Since the last update my in game server browser shows no games no matter what is selected in the filter so I can only join through history or quick match or through the tablet app. Anyone else got this problem?
