If they don't have a new design then they very well may go the same way as Apple.

I think Samsung would be exceptionally pleased to go the same way as Apple. The question is whether they can or not.

People want to see new designs, not exactly the same phone with a slightly faster soc. It's getting very boring.

It has a multi tasking button, I'm hoping it is just a S4 refresh and there keeping the S5 under wraps. But lets see, just a few hours.

Massively disappointing IMO. I was really hoping for something new on the design front, camera UI looks nice though. I'd prefer it stayed the same size as the S4 aswell, I wonder if the Note 4 will be even bigger lol?

Well Samsung are getting great value from the Galaxy S3 design. Boring as hell for us, ditto the stuff from HTC and Sony.

Comfortable in the hand it certainly will be, need more pics of the black version. Doesn't look like faux leather or even rubbery back either. Just matte.

So it boils down to the Premium metal S5 then I guess, this one is a no go as far as upgrading from a Note 3 goes in handset terms. IP67 isn't enough for a less professional and sleek design than N3,

The bezels and flap are just gross. I'd rather a sleeker body than waterproofing tbh, hopefully rumours of a 'Prime' premium model are true and we get something more interesting tonight.
