Crossfire Mantle patch ?

What OS are you using? I have heard works ok in Win 7, but not Win 8.

Just tried it with my 7970's and while the game plays fine, I see zero difference in fps and gpu usage.
Even if 14.1 does support crossfire Mantle, it's not much good to me as it doesn't support crossfire with v-sync enabled. I don't want to be swapping drivers every time I play a game with Mantle or V-Sync, and I can't stand tearing so Mantle is a no go for me right now 
Any ETA on that getting fixed?

13.12 here, Running 290x xfire. Vsync Turned off as i get massive Lag with it on.

Real tearing, I hate it! Varies game by game. BF4 is minor (but still too much), the Crysis games tear so much I nearly went blind.
I have 2x 290s, and play on a 1080p screen so realistically I could easily just disable crossfire and have everything I want, but I own 2 cards and I am damn well gonna use them even if only to heat my house!

Crossfire and v- Sync works with mantle on my trifire 7950s. Windows 7.
I don't get why ppl use Laser dot sights....
Got so many because the red dot gave away their position
Stulid - what are your exact settings? Also are you overclocking? mantle works great for me to start off with (on 7970s) then get progressively worse across a game to the point it's all juddery and useless

Thanks for the reply stulid, I think I will try it on my Win 8.1. Have Win 7 and 8 and dual bootup, so dose not matter if it screws Win 8 up as I hardly use it
Thanks, but it's a 290 problem (or a crossfire over PCIE problem if any others do that?).
I haven't actually tried Mantle + crossfire + v-sync, that may well work. I don't exclusively play BF4, so it'd still require driver flipflop from game to game.
AMD have acknowledged the problem, but I've seen no indication of it being fixed. There isn't a lot of noise about it, and when I've seen it mentioned here on Overclockers people have just opted to disable v-sync or roll back the drivers.

Hardcore mode I guess, when you don't have a crosshair a laser dot becomes very useful in close quarters. Also doesn't it improve hipfire accuracy?
