No, officially. Surely they have to add it, what possible excuse could they have.
It sounds like most of this stuff is coming from software optimisations.

Samsung really don't deserve the sales they are going to get.
Note 3 sucked (for me: reception was crap), this phone sucks also. HTC or Sony for me.

So exactly how is it any better than the s4? They've just made it a tiny bit bigger and given it an ugly back that looks like its made of the same stuff used on the old Rover steering wheels 
such upgrade. so fresh design. wow.
