US: The Walking Dead Season 4 (contains spoilers)

The guy on the floor in the bedroom was just unconscious. You can see him breathing/snoring pretty clearly. These people are obviously a bit uncivilized though. As evident from when they find the Michonnes recently used clothing, and one of them says "I get first dibs when she comes back"..
 
Had its good moments and poor moments for me. Rick evading the guys in the house was done quite nicely and felt rather authentic, although the guy in the bathroom seemed to take forever to realise someone had just burst in on him.

The army guy, hot pants girl and stupid scientist seem completely out of place, the soldier is some kind of caricature beefcake guy, the girl seems to think that looking sexy will somehow help in fighting zombies and I couldn't even fathom how the scientist managed to shoot the truck when the zombies were in the opposite direction. Surely they'd have taught him how to shoot? Or better yet, shout for help?

Michonne seems to have had a personality transplant too, whether that's as a result of her earlier experience a couple of episodes back or just shoddy writing, I don't know. She's gone from super-secretive to being open and talkative rather rapidly though.

Thanks for clearing that up, I thought that was what happened but then convinced myself that he had been killed.

I'm looking forward to this "Saviour" city and the story that goes along with that.
 
Thought it was quite a good episode!... Some good suspense (with Rick under the bed etc..), Could that lot in the house be 'The Cannibals' that someone mentioned a page or two back??? The Unconscious thug could wake up and tell the rest about Rick being under the bed, then it's a chase to the 'Terminus'.

Plus I recognised the actor playing their leader!! so he's not a 'bit part' ;)

And as for the 'Professor' bloke... have you never seen 'Big Bang Theory'?? :D :D

If he's unconscious from being choked out then he should regain consciousness within seconds of the choke being stopped. I take it none of you watch UFC?

IMO he should be dead if he doesn't wake up within a few seconds of being choked out, so it's a rather large mistake if he's still alive, I've seen countless fighters being choked to uncociousness in UFC and all of them wake up pretty much within seconds of the choke being stopped. My favourite move is the triangle where you use your leg and the opponents shoulder to prevent blood (and therefore oxygen) from getting to their brain, as soon as the move is stopped they pretty much wake up instantly.

It's another huge plot hole, wait i've just kicked this guys *** but i've left him alive on the floor next to me whilst i go to sleep. wouldn't the guy just kill him after he woke back up or at least get some revenge? if he has killed him though, why hasn't he put a hole through his head before going to sleep? as surely going to sleep beside someone who is just about turn into a zombie would also be equally as retarded.

the writers are getting pretty poor tbh with some of the stuff that goes on.
 
Why so critical!

Sometimes when people get choked out in the UFC its the docs that wake them up..

Look at John Jones/Machida... he wasn't waking up anytime soon!

I'm looking forward to Monday now.. This show seems to be more alive now due to the change of scenery and group split!

Oh and the hot pants!
 
The problem for me, is not that show... but now next week it will be Daryl and the Black man focus again... so in a sense it slows a little, as we catch up with their adventures, although they are closer to that town supposedly.

Then it will probably go back to Rick and that group coming for them...

Love it though, the houses really do the trick for me... its exactly how I can imagine going through stuff in the same situation

I know several people with PhDs and several people currently working towards their PhD, none of them are autistic panickers represented by the guy in The Walking Dead. Believe it or not a lot of them are extremely intelligent in a worldly sense, funny that.
