Anyone notice the new cinematic camera angle they were using for reviewing the Alfa? Stood out quite a lot to me. It was where it was looking at Jeremy from the bonnet - very high quality shot.
Me too... Never liked them and hate to admit it as I love Ducati's which are Italian.
Anyway, about the ep. I feel that each show has some form of 'act' in it. Like the pizza, or the police one, they all just have this terrible scripted feel again. Get rid of it!
Give the guys the rein to do as they please, it's what worked well previously.
The filming and editing of Top Gear is absolutely top notch.
In HD it's brilliant.
The Merc looks amazing.
Enjoyed this episode except for the silly pizza bit and the table cloth at the end.
This. The new S class is one of the best looking cars at the moment.
Plus, the table thing is fake nonsense anyway.

Noticed some music from Mass Effect 3 creeping in this episode, good choice
It is a nice piece and TopGear put it to good use after the pitiful endings it was wasted on in ME3!

shock conclusion on this review:
the M135i is the better hot hatch out of the two but Hammond, May and Clarkson all agree that the DC2 is the ultimate hot hatch of all time

In general, Alfa Romeos do nothing for me. That one however, wasn't designed by them
Thought I was the only one that did not get the Alfa thing !For me it also made the worse sound I've ever heard, V8's can sound really good but for my ears the Italians rarely get it right.

Really, really did not like the look of the Disco Volante. I can sort of see what look they've tried to go for (classic '50s/'60s coupe look with bulging arches etc), but in my eyes it failed horribly. The 8C looks 10x better.

There have been many programmes of people going to Chernobyl and making TV programmes. If it was that dangerous do these people think the BBC would allow it?
One programme I remember was about the people who still choose to live in the restricted area, very interesting and not in anyway insensitive.
