Setup some outdoor cameras, sealed the rj45 connector but somehow the female connector of one of the cameras has some rust on the connector ,making the connection flaky, anyone know best way to remove it without harming anything?

If it was installed according to the manufacturer's instructions then send them back for a warranty replacement.

Can wd40 or something work? Don't try till sure - read metal + rust shoiuld be similer.

Worse case can a new rj45 be soldered?

What cam is it out of interest? Ive 3 ipcam 2in 1out foscam plan on setting with XPE someday

Ignore this man, WD40 won't remove rust and RJ45 connections are not soldered in place - they are crimped.

As mentioned by Caged, if they are still under warranty and were installed as per manufacturers guidelines, then send them back for a replacement.

If not under warranty, try scraping off the rust with a precision screw driver and make sure that they are properly sealed when rebuilding.

To clarify and be more useful - if there's corrosion on the network socket then it's highly likely that other parts are corroded as well, and the only way to really remove it is to use some sort of abrasive which will damage the port.

The units should be sealed so either a seal has failed or the cable used is too small for the glands. Hopefully you've done everything right so leave it with the supplier to sort.
