Yeah, I went for the 8gb as I feel if I ever need more storage I can stick a usb stick or a external hdd that is lying around in to the back. As of now I have the latest update on my Wii U and 7 games which have updated themselves + saves + 3 extra apps and I have 2.3gb left.
Go for whichever Wii U you find on a deal to be honest. Unless colour bothers you pick the one you like.
Whatever you do, grab Super Mario 3D World. Having a blast with that at the moment

Until Nintendo get with the program and get a proper account system like everyone else then I can't see me ever filling my 30GB on my premium. How Nintendo can be so behind when it comes to digital content still amazes me.
The same goes for the VC how many times can they restart the entire thing every time they bring out a new platform? They release a new console and oh look they release Super Mario Bros again.. why they haven't just made an emulator that's good enough to emulate the majority of their games instead of having a separate one per game I still wonder.

Got premium, only thing I get from e-shop is the odd demo. No account system, no buy. Same with my 3DS.
VC needs sorting as well. First thing they should do is get rid of the gimped 50Hz versions.

I think Tropical Freeze is up there with 3D World as one of the best games on the Wii U.
Past the credits now, going back for the hidden levels and K/Temple levels, and still enjoying it as much as when I started playing.
Oh and the soundtrack, Wow. (some of my favourites: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
I think everyone is hoping for another Metroid, and after seeing what Retro did with Prime on the Gamecube/Wii hardware, it's quite an exciting prospect.
If it's something of smaller scope, I would love to see a new F-Zero, especially with good online play (a feature that was originally intended for F-Zero GX but cancelled later in the dev cycle)

Yeah, it looks good. I bought it for £13.99 brand new
Will likely pick up Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze next if I find it at a good price. No rush at the moment, got many awesome games to play as it is

Sad to see the Wii will be losing its wifi connection service in May.
No more Mario Kart online
Anyone know why they are removing the online service? Seems a bit cruel for the users and I think if Nintendo don't keep the online service people won't buy their consoles... unless due to the stats of people using the online service is poor then I can only think of this reason to pull it.
I'd strongly recommend you DONT get DK, it's actually so good it's completely trashed my Mario 3D World and Zelda WW playtime, and Rayman which I've played twice isn't going to get played till May or June if it's lucky.
MK just round the corner too to add further complications.
I think I'm just going to focus on DK - I need to complete it and sell it because it's eating my soul.

I just cleared 2 worlds on mario 3d world in one sitting. On 4th world now. I will not start Rayman until I have completed this. Then after that I will get DK, which by then may get it for a tad bit cheaper hopefully
Loved that course on the 3rd world where it is like a race track. Took me a few goes to get all the stars and the stamp. By the way, I do not move to the next course until i get all 3 stars and the stamp, otherwise would have been on 7th world maybe by now. lol.
That would drive me totally nuts!
I prefer to skip past the unfound stuff until later, when I will most likely have a bit more experience with the game and be able to go back and find the stuff I missed. Playing a level from back at the beginning of a game after progressing much further can be fun in itself!
