Graphics card or Battlefield 4

Please have a look at the video and tell me if this is problem with my powercolor R290 or a glitch with battlefield 4. Running the card at stock with 14.2 drivers and mantel enabled.

It's a sign to not camp water towers . Not sure what the issue is, it looks like a dodgy overclock but assume you're at stock?

i get this on some maps sometimes where, not had it for a while tho, i think its just a mix of BF4 and the drivers, best try other games and other drivers and you should then get your answer
