What are the good Motherboard/VRM parameters/phases for A8 5600k/6600k ?

Hi all!

I would like to buy a new PC:
MB: GA-F2A88XM-DS2 or D2A88XM-HD3 (I don't need on-board HDMI, so DS2 will be fine)
RAM: 2x4GB KINGSTON 1600 MHz
CPU: A8 5600k or 6600k - haven't decided yet, they're almost the same, but 5600k is cheaper where I'm going to buy
VGA: not yet, later probably a Radeon R7 260X
HDD: WD 500 GB SATA3
PSU: FSP 400W

So if I'm correct the motherboard has 3+2 phases and no VRM heatsink, will this OK for these CPU's ?
I'll not OC the CPU , just in the range of "official" turbo values (@ 4 GHz).

No need to worry then.

Either will do.

YOu only need to worry when overclocking, and the APU's are pretty efficent with there power anyway.
