Not legal on the trails though, right?

I've never had a problem with my other ebikes. In fact one of the trail maintance guys at Gisburn borrowed my Haibike for an hour and ran the battery flat (then bought one the next day)!

Finally took the nuke proof out on a proper ride at cannock. The bike fits me so much better than the canyon which is strange as there both 18.5". Dropper seat posts are without a doubt a trail must, completely changed my ride for the better.

On pink bike review the am pro 27.5 was getting a lot of hate which downhearted me no end as I thought I'd made the right choice of bike but all these pink bikers were slating it :-(. Well I loved every second on it, it was well over my expectations. On downhill sections it's so fast with no effort it actually scared me and got the adrenaline going for sure. It accelerates so fast, 2 pedal strokes from a stand still and your going some! It's over 1kg heavier than my trusty canyon but it feels a lot more nimble on tighter sections which is wrong on paper as the canyon is 26" and the nuke proof 27.5". At Cannock i always felt under biked on the canyon, like it was holding me back but the mega is a far superior bike than my bike skills. It must be the wider bars , slacker ht and longer tt.

Nearly broke my Cannock record and I haven't rode properly for a good 4 month!

Me and my son Theodore stuntin' in the same jerseys at Cannock:

Sounds awesome! Looks great too!

Kinda O/T but that's a balance bike your kid has right? How's he getting on with it? Thinking of getting my nephew one.

We started him off on the smallest balance bike around which is called a tiny bike. He was riding that before he could walk at around 13 month old. It took him a good 3 days to get used to it but he was soon lifting up both feet and coasting around. He kept the tiny bike till he was 2 then it got abit small so we got him the frog bike in the picture. He is a handfull on it at times as he goes at running pace! He loves going out on it, all i have to say when hes throwing a strop is "you want to go out on your bike?" and hes golden :).

Agreed - balance bikes are awesome. My little lad had a wooden one and ended up bombing round the house on it, jumped on his first proper bike with stabilisers but after about 10 days I took them off and he was all good to go. Been riding since he was just over 3 without any issues.

I've destroyed my reverb and its well out of warranty as it was one of the original versions from 2011. Does anyone know of the best place to buy at the moment or have discount codes to get them cheap(er)?

Thanks

Nice one, cheers guys. Think I shall get one ordered.

Seen a cool Giro helmet too!

Checked Bike-Discount.de ?

Anyone been to Antur Stiniog? I'm down on Anglesey in a couple of weeks and have been thinking about booking an uplift place but I'm not entirely sure how much fun it'd be on a trail bike.

Didn't imply you needed to.
It is a thread about mountain bikes / bikers however, you and that bike qualify for neither.

I'm sorry - is it not a mountain bike? I suppose this isn't a mountain bike either then

Are you implying I'm not a mountain bike just because one of the bikes I own has a motor on it. You still pedal it you know.

To be fair to you that bike and yours are in different leagues. :D I jest.

If you want to think you're a mountain bike, you carry right on chap. Don't let anyone tell you different! ;):p

Putting a motor on it defeats the point, makes it heavy and look awful.

Has absolutely no advantage when bombing downhill and only a few guys here like to pedal.

I can understand a motor on a road/commuter bike but not on any form of mountain bike.
