I've been using a lot of Amazon Instant Video recently though so it's higher than usual.
 
Around 5gb on 3G on three (unlimited)

No idea on broadband, I dont download much because its pretty slow. When Three hurry up with 4G this will change
 
surprisingly poor compared to most so far! My average monthly usage is around 25gb. thought it would be more cos I'm constantly streaming football matches whenever I'm sorting though work / photos / surfing at home.
 
On BT infinity Option 2, average use is 830.29 GB a month, current usage for last month was 1.21TB upload and 936.36 download.

I just checked and my TS server only is using around 120GB per month, 10GB down 110GB UP

I could easily use 1GB/hour while on Youtube. Even though it's within Virgin's fair usage policy, I eventually got fed up of their traffic shaping that can cause even 480p videos to halt. So I subscribed to a VPN for £25/year to get over the shaping. I don't like to be told what web sites I can use or cannot use. I paid for the service, therefore I use the service - fairly.
 
You know. I'd have to check the program hasn't included transferring across the network too. Generally though it's quite busy downloading.
