You could kill two birds with one stone by using your own pre-mixed batter to make the panckaes that way too.

Yep, whisk the egg and then stir in finely chopped banana (riper the better). I put honey on mine after they are cooked. I have them for breakfast every morning.
They are yum.

Sounds awful to me, if I do have them I'm going to do chocolate orange, chocolate spread and freshly squeezed orange juice.
