2 eggs
1 cup flour (250ml)
1 cup milk
pinch of salt.

Yep, whisk the egg and then stir in finely chopped banana (riper the better). I put honey on mine after they are cooked. I have them for breakfast every morning.


They are yum.

Yup, I have them exactly the same. A teaspoon of honey and half a chopped banana in each pancake. Sweet but not bad calories wise

I wouldn’t put a date on that pancake day anyway, just av ‘em when you want, have it when you want. There’s no big deal. You’ve got to make ‘em yourself, it’s not like some place is openin’ to do it. Have em when you want. I don’t know why that’s got a special day on it, sick of it
