New GPU for Stepdad's PC - buying this week.

He currently has an old 6570 which is struggling to play most games on high, Arma 2, Crysis etc, I have seen two which seem good:

Would like to keep under £140 if possible. So it's a good enough card for High settings. Any other recommendations?

He has no preference over Nvidia/AMD, just something better.

His other components I'm not too knowledgeable of since it's a prebuilt he bought some time ago, aside from a 2.6Ghz AMD A8 I think, and 8GB RAM that's all I know.

i would say get AMD card as it has mantle

Yep as above - a 270X would be best if possible, might go over budget a bit but some still come with a BF4 code so this can offset the extra cost:

I have to say for the money you won't get better than the card Vonex listed, three year warranty also. I believe Crysis favours AMD as well. Arma 2? No idea but its an old game so should run well on either.

This, the 270X is a faster card than the 660 anyway.

Yeah id opt for the msi 270, good price and more powerful than the equivalent priced NVidia options.
