according to the how to interpret the graph section the yellow bit shouldn't spike and should look like this:

Your connection isn't too bad. A little bit of yellow spiking isn't that big a deal

also i have flushed my DNS and my NAT (uPnP on the SuperHub) is open (/enabled)

STILL SPIKING! :'(

I think you must have entered your IP wrong as it's a constant red graph - this is normally what you would see when you are completely disconnected (or your IP has changed).

I just remembered that you may need to enable ICMP pings on the WAN interface. Have a look through your superhub settings (might need to turn on advanced mode) and there will be a setting called "ICMP WAN pings" or some such.

There has been quite big spikes, what do i do to resolve this ?

i get spikes also ... can be gaming away at 100FPS them stutters down to 16 FPS then back up again

when i have spike my fps or ping doesnt even change :S

but yet again my ping is always on 30 or less and everything else like browsing, downloading and playing other games, my connection is above avg :S

I think it has something to do with the pocket loss?

Are you going through wired or wireless to connect to your modem?
