What games are you guys playing for the ps4 at the moment apart from BF4?

Ive only played Fifa on mine so far and I do want something else to play.... I want a good racer, something like Forza.
 
Then get an xbox one, simples.

I should probably elaborate on this, I'm a massive Forza fan I'm not overly keen on modern day GT I'm not holding my breath expecting Drive Club to be better than Forza, time will tell though.

You'll wanna wait for Drive Club. NFS rivals is rubbish i wouldn't personally bother with it.

BF4 is definitely worth getting though. hours of fun to be had out of it unlocking everything etc :)

LOL it doesn't happen too often like. Not THAT bad anyway. They didn't even react to my icon appearing in the same room as them while shooting them all. I didn't even have a silencer on.

Mind you, the game has been running smoother for us since the patch and the smoother it runs, the larger the gap between good and poor players will be. So maybe I was just being awesome??? :D





I'll be on BF4 all evening on Sat - with beers. So get in early if you want me to be of some use. haha.

At least 2 of my mates will be joining me, not sure of the other 3 so should be plenty room for a party full if anyone else wants to join

Apart from BF4 I am currently enjoying Assassin's Creed Black Flag immensely.
 
Anyone elses BF4 (PS4) hang with a black screen whilst loading the maps? Usually when the map changes whilst loading. Maybe I'm not leaving it long enough?

It seems to be more frequent since the big update.

This does happen intermitantly. Usually have to close the game down and restart at this point.

Nothing odd about that now with every update for BF4.

"Hey guys, we fixed that one tiny little thing no one talked about"

"but dont worry, we created a whole new part of it to break".

Only in BF4.

I had this problem after the latest update, the game was almost unplayable because it kept freezing and crashing on loading and part way through a match.
Delete all the updates, apart from the title update. then clear the cache. then load the game and let it download the latest update again (update 8) and it should be fine. Mine hasn't crashed/froze since.

Pick Support, Equip Mini grenades, play CQ.
Spawn on the team who have the disadvantage, IE starting from the bottom of the tunnel.

Head towards point B, and stand at the bottom left of the staris that leads up to B and the 2 elevators.
Throw your grenades diaganally to your right, up the stairs towards the other set of stairs your team are trying to get up.

The enemy will constantly have people near the top of those stairs and your grenandes will just keep landing near them.
With the recent nerf to these grenades, it'll be easier as you'll get less kills and more assists.

I got 2 assist ribbons in a couple of minutes doing that
 
Play Metro Large Conquest, both teams stuck heading off each other at B flag..you get a ton of assist ribbons easy.

It's not impossible, just bloody hard, best way to get it is to play Capture flag mode, it lasts for ever and only shoot to wound.


I did it the hard way playing CQ but managed it using the M320 LV and V40 minis and shooting to wound.

Last night was a mix, played a whole 1 1/2 rounds, the first half was terrible, not laggy just could not kill anyone, even if they ran at me.

Next was great, less players but great fun, the kill cam bug is bloody annoying though, shows me being killed by a AK5 but the cam is of someone flying a transport heli at the other end of the map.

lol no its not

Try pushing forward more and play more attacking.

I typically get assists because I'm the one at the front of the pack shooting at others then getting shot in the back by his team mate before I can finish the kill.

Then, because I spotted and half damaged that player, my team mates mop up and I get the assist.
