Here's a tricky one. Im looking for the cheapest GPU I can get that will have 2 DVI (better yet 3) connections and a VGA connection that will run 3 1080p monitors. This setup will not be use for gaming what so ever.

Any advice?

What exactly are you going to use it for?
We can't give you accurate advice without knowing that.
Most cards these days have 2x DVI, 1 HDMI, 1 DP. Exceptions are rare.

Nvidia GT640 is the cheapest current card I know of that can run 3 screens. OcUK currently only list 1 model in stock:

You'll need an HDMI to DVI cable, or adapter, but it'll work.

If you can find a cheap Sapphire FLEX card, they were designed to run 3 screens without needing an Active DP to whatever adapter. I remember someone had a 6450 FLEX in the Members Market a couple of weeks ago. Might be worth trying to track down a second hand one of those going cheap anywhere?
