BSOD 116

Hey guys,

I own a OcUK Tech Lab H2O Custom GTX TITAN 6144MB GDDR5 which I purchased back in 04/05/2013. Today while playing BF4, my PC shut off (Screen to Black). Rebooted and displayed a BCCODe 116. I've done a fresh install of windows, reset the BIOS. Ran a memtest, nothing. Every time I boot a game - this occurs.

Any ideas / advise?

You have GPU overclock?>

0x116 = Low IOH (NB) voltage, GPU issue (most common when running multi-GPU/overclocking GPU)

Sadly, not running a multi-GPU setup. No, the GPU has never been overclocked.
