Bob Crow RIP

Now people will start to think of nice things to say.
I didn't think he was particularly good at his job.
He was loud, abrasive, and very effective at losing public sympathy every time he spoke.

May he rest in peace.

He was a scumbag as far as I'm concerned. Maybe his heart has had enough and gone on strike?

However, 52 is young to go really, so it's sad for his family and friends.

I am not a fan of his. However I acknowledge that he was good at his job and wish him peace.

RIP

cant say I am unhappy with this news, but in respect of the dead

RIP, maybe now we can have a tube service in London that is not crippled by unions

Dunno sad that he has passed at a young age, but I always saw his job as a little redundant, Unions aren't really effective in the modern age.

They're exceptionally effective, far far far too effective with far far far too much power. Unions used to be about fighting for fair rights, like any other group, feminists, etc, etc. But once equality/fairness was achieved, unions/activist groups had bred a generation of two of people that were handed power and didn't want to give it up. Their underground strikes when they have some of the best pay work situations, holding back the transportation system and holding honest people to ransom for nothing more than greed. Power corrupts, the guys that got into these things to get what was fair, end up staying to next just get what they want.

Spiteful, hateful, greedy ****, but that doesn't mean I wished him dead or am pleased he's dead in any way. Fired I'd be exceptionally happy over, dead, I'll never be happy or pleased when anyone dies.

I can empathise with how badly his family must be feeling right now, 52 is pretty young.

Maybe the RMT will now get someone more forward thinking and less belligerent to lead them, and they can truly become a world leading transport system.

Maybe...

His job wasn't to gain public sympathy though. I suspect his union's members have a different view about how good at his job he was.

It's never nice to hear someone has died at a young age. RIP Bob.

He may not have been popular to some people but he has fought tooth and nail for the working class. He has my respect.

It's the first crack of the armour. Hopefully that Union will start to crumble now and LU steam ahead with driverless trains.
