Hi all,
Mid to late Jan I ordered some electronic bits and some lights from an online retailer. These parts were due for delivery on the 29th Jan.
I received to electronic bits on or just after that date but the bike lights never turned up. All delivered goods are signed for and come from different suppliers/warehouses.
6th Feb - I eNoted them asking when I can expect to receive the lights..
7th Feb - they reply saying it should have been shipped from supplier and they are looking in to it.
16th Feb - Contacted them again, still had no lights and no contact from the company
17th Feb - They reply asking me to confirm the 2 lights that I am waiting for.
17th Feb - I confirm that they are the correct 2 lights
17th Feb - They reply stating they shipped from their supplier and she is looking into the matter. Sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.
25th Feb - Still no lights delivered, nothing further from them. Contact them stating this and that the matter needs sorting asap by either getting them delivered or issue me a refund.
26th Feb - They are sorry for the delay and will chase an update.
5th Mar - I ask them to cancel the order and refund me the £13.74 (I know it's not a lot but it's the principle now) due to the lack of delivery or information. Items are no longer on the site and my order has been set to "completed" meaning everything has been delivered.
5th Mar - Same girl responds (there must only be her working there) saying the matter has been escalated and she is sorry for the continued delay and they are hoping to resolve it soon.
5th Mar - I tell them that the only resolution I want is a total refund that has already been taken on items that have not been delivered. When can I expect my refund?
6th Mar - She is waiting for POD details from the supplier, and my refund is awaiting that.
I've not responded since. I've had no delivery so there is no POD.
What legal stuff can I start quoting to try and get my money out of this company, and it's not a little one from what I am aware.
