Of course it's been updated, it doesn't even look like a Source game.
It's now 64bit, properly multi-threaded and has DX11 support.

Wonder how big the day 1 patch will be, hopefully nothing big, I've been waiting all week to play this. Probably should've just used a proxy to play earlier but only one more day to go.
There isn't a day one patch for PC, it's already released in Korea and America and there wasn't an additional download.
After putting in some hours via proxy Ive discovered my first gripe with the game.
- Servers dont scramble teams.
Seriously why? It means If you are unlucky enough to join a server where one side is dominating either because they have higher level players than the opposition, or friends are playing together etc, there is nothing you can do about it. The winners will stay on the server and continue to farm their winning streak, meanwhile the opposition get demoralised and leave and are replaced by a steady stream of individuals who fall into the same cycle.
I can now see why some players are the high level that they are. The game currently rewards wins with more wins!

Unlocked the game last night and the first match I joined had a guy on level 40 haha
He must have been playing non-stop to get that rank. Needless to say he doiminated the server with all his damn unlocks

Not really, I'm rank 42 I think, and I only play in the evenings after work, and I went out last night. Ranking up is fast when you unlock challenges.
Where can we get this for a reasonable price?

Aye, it is fairly quick to level up.
I did see a level 4 prestige 40 yesterday though
I was about to say I had seen a level 2 prestige, but you have me beat.
Ranking up is far to fast IMO, prestige should take time and effort not just a few nights of play

Just another caution to change your Origin password if you've gone through the Mexican option with hola or an other vpn/proxy still enabled when signing into your Origin account to pay for the game.
My origin account was hacked a month or two later, when I purchased fifa 13 through a Russian proxy and forgot to disable the proxy whilst signing into my origin account.
It's the only time my online security has been breached.
