I am going to buy the digital version of this but it's not showing in the store yet, I presume at midnight it will become available?

My controller still hasn't arrived even though it shows as shipped on game since Wednesday

You don't have to. Just enter your name and bank details with an American zip code.

Been playing the USA download version here in Scotland since tue. Works fine. £37, not bad at all. Very good game apart from the frame rate and tearing problems.

£55 as predicted, @&#% you Microsoft! once my live credits gone I'll be taking a trip to the US for every new game. I'm not being ripped of that blatantly. Feels like a slap in the face, I understand the VAT difference but this is just short of 50% more!

It's the publishers that set the prices. But I agree it's a total joke and the main reason why I refuse to go digital.

My only worry about buying the USA version is if its against some T&Cs somewhere... I'd like to go all digital, its so nice not having to faff with disks.

Anyone have issues with the Twitch app? When I try to broadcast it just comes up saying checking your bandwith and then returns back to main menu..

I was thinking about this the other day when I contemplated downloading from US store, what happens if they just block your account/console in the future because you violated some obscure user agreement?!

hardly a surprise. cod wasnt 720p on the 360 and there is far more going on here. frame rate is a bit of an issue mind.
