Graphics card ?? NEED TO KNOW TODAY

Hello im planning on returning my graphics card sapphire r9 r9 280x toxic as its getting serious artifacts (its my second one as my first one had the same problem so I returned it and got another one) and im wondering whenever I should try a third one and see if its going to be good or whenever to get a just get a 780 (thinking on getting the gigabyte windforce 780 or a evga one but im not to sure ) ??

So what are your thoughts ?
Also i need to know today as I have to contact the shop and tell them whenever im getting a full refund or exchanging it

If your wanting to go up a level to a 780 I'd also be looking at a R9 290 buy which ever is cheapest or suits you .
Overall 780/290 are pretty similar for Gaming

770 Gaming Edition if you want a similar performing card, 780 Gaming Edition if you want an upgrade.

My system is :
ASUS Z87- A
Intel i5 4670K (not overclocked)
8GB Corsair Vengeance LP 1600mhz
Corsair RM 750W PSU
WD Blue 1TB
Coolermaster 690 III

And on my first one I never got artifacts on BF4 except from some weird texture flickering but i got really bad artifacts on games Metro 2033, last light, GTA 4, Far Cry 3 , Max Payne 3 etc. but they started happening just after a few hours of gaming , whereas on my second card i get them on every game and it happens within a few minutes into it also on my first card i got really good fps like 65+ on BF4 on ultra with the 150 pixel resolution ( i cant remember if thats the right thing) and on my second card i have to lower my settings to high to actually get ok fps like 55+ (still using the 150 pixel thing) otherwise if i play on ultra my fps goes down to like 35+
I used the drivers before mantle which i used on my first card and bf4 had good fps , and no artifacts on it , I got my second card and used the same drivers and i started getting really bad fps on bf4 for some reason, I used the very first mantle drivers still the same thing , I now have the latest drivers 14.2 i think... and nothing changed
