Titanfall (XB1/360)

This really is one of the best fps we have had in a long time. Maps are fantastic, weapons are great and the titans are great fun. The game has got some legs and I can see me playing this for a long time.

I have only done about 4 or 5 campaign games but I have found the sides to be unbalanced where one side has a very low average player level and the other is full of mid 40s. Not won a game yet.

Yeah, because, you know, Sony don't do exclusive deals with publishers.

Sounds like sour grapes from people backing PS4 that they've missed out on a great title

It wasn't Sony that signed away the Titanfall rights to one console. It was EA who made that decision, and now it looks like it was the wrong thing to do.

Why the wrong thing to do?

Played it today and felt better than beta (still only played attrition). Look forward to playing with some of you guys.

Or it could be MS committed to Titanfall from day one to use it in advertising, don't you think that's a bit odd?
We are talking campaigns that take at least 6 months in prep time, and it was in the very first XO advertisement.

Its sour grapes from Sony, simple as that, MS paid up front for it supporting them in it and having them use it on their Azure system.

Been playing this (campaign) for the past hour and I think its a breath of fresh air for fps games, it's immensely fun and a nice alternative to BF4. I didn't play the beta much as I didn't want to spoil the actual game coming. You can certainly tell it plays better and the graphics look sharper. Decent game so far.

I think its feels better if you come from BF4 as its such a change, im still hitting buttons to "spot" enemies lol.

But yes, really does feel you can just jump in and have a go feel to it.

I've just finished the IMC and Militia campaign's

I really enjoyed it and found the Titan's to be a good addition to what it is often a tired genre.

Now I'm going to delve into the multiplayer mode. :)
