Female paedophiles have it easy?!

Hello weirdos,

I cam across this DM article (yes I know DM lol) but beyond the awful comes a weird and shocking truth, female paedophiles have it easy.

Take this story I came across whilst lookng at fake £1 coins - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-eight-year-old-boy-50-times-starting-16.html

Has sex with boy aged 8 (doesn't state if penetration occurred....can you get a hard on at the age of 8?!) up until the age of 10.

For this she gets a 2 year sentence, and has to serve a minimum of 1 year behind bards before being released on license. Now, whilst I realize there are difference between male and females paedophiles, this sentence seems rather light for the offense that has occurred.

These two paragraphs baffle me - "Defence lawyer Antonie Mullers had told the court Morris was struggling to accept the facts of the case, and asked Judge Juckes to spare her a prison sentence altogether.

He said: 'Her immaturity at 21 means she cannot accept the facts yet. She accepts her conviction but with time will accept more."

None of us were that mature at 21, but we knew that ****ing an 8 year old was wrong. Is she retarded, or just a ****?

So....1 year....just how ridiculous is that?

I wonder if the court would have been so lenient if the victim had been an eight-year-old girl.

It seems that no matter the ages involved, there still seems to be a 'get in there my son' mentality floating around.
 
There's a difference in the laws broken here. Male sex offenders break laws based on penetration, now obviously a woman can not (I forgot the wording of the legal definition as set out by one of the laws around this) but it says something along the lines a woman shouldn't be able to penetrate an anus, mouth, vagina etc. however it takes note that a strap on could be used.

I'm quite surprised about the low sentence though.
 
I remember a friend telling me his vague recollection of a girl trying to sleep with him while he was in a drunken stupor, I'm not sure whether she was successful because he wasn't conscious the whole time and from what he could remember she was struggling to keep him aroused through his brewers droop. We both knew the girl and I was like "Eww, sorry to hear that" etc, but he had the typical 'any hole's a goal' attitude and didn't seem phased by it.
 
thing is a male victim like this will get very little support because it will be assumed that "he liked it" (imagine how far you'd get saying that to a female rape victim) or if he didn't that there's something wrong with him and he should have enjoyed it (again imagine just how much of a cluster**** you'd get suggesting that to a female victim)

I have to say from what you've written I'm quite angry about this...I mean what's she going to learn from that apart from a few melodic and catchy tunes?

What will she gain from the experience??? :confused::mad:

She's not even good looking lol. Looks more like 41 than 21.

If it was an adult guy shagging an 8 y/o girl, I put £20 that the guy would have got 10 years behind bars instead before parole of the female offender's 1 year.

Pretty much this, while i think its flawed for this exact reason, but due to the wording of it, its near impossible for a female to commit rape, only sexual assault (although afaik they can carry the same max sentence, but people are generally harsher on rape cases than sexual assault).

Still think the sentence is ridiculous for what happened, and the judges reasoning for giving such a short sentence.

I can't wait for true equality rather than 'equality - but only when it benefits me'
 
Such a woefully outdated law. Rape should mean sex without consent or if consent was given, made invalid due to a child easily being manipulated and reared.
 
You can see by her smug look she doesn't give a fiddlers. I hope she never sees the child she is supposedly carrying.

True to both, but at 8 to 10 years old, the kid couldn't complain.

Anyway, I guess the "abused" child will grow up to be a warped, damaged and will need drugs and help to "cope" with being raped.

I feel sorry for that kid, I really do.
