Okay to be fair it does look pretty awesome in white...

Foe early 70's you're close to 997 Gen 2 GT3 money. For me I'll pass on the 3 above.

Very true!
But if buying new that's not an option, 70k second hand brings a vast amount of options, infact I think that could be 430 money and Lambo money as well. Or R8 V10. The downside is these all will no doubt have far higher running cost than the three new cars without a doubt, no warranty and servicing is a lot more on Ferrari by miles.

Got to say the Jag does it for me. Youve also already had a Porsche. White looks good when its clean, but looks bad fast.

Think that's the V8 though.

Colour wise, I need to see them in person and yes the Jag is doing it for me, I've being fortunate to have the new 981's for several days, helps get that bug out my system and I've got a very sorted 911. So next car, something different is appealing and the F-Type ticks pretty much every box. :D

Always helps when the courtesy car is something fun to play with :) When my merc went in they gave me a bloody E class, it was like driving a sofa I couldn't wait to give the thing back.

Id definitely consider a Jag for my next car, im already slightly bored of this and only had it 6 months lol.

Ive had the E-class, superb cruising car. So far I've had:-
VW Scirroco GT 2.0 TFSi DSG
E-Class 220 CDi
BMW 520 M Sport
Cayman R
Boxster 2.9DFi
Boxster S 981 Manual
Boxster S 981 PDK Sports Plus

All for a few days at a time. I've done well! :D

I don't like any of them :p

well saying that would save from making an impossible choice ;)

Only driven 2 oft then but the F type is just wonderful, just a slight concern it might get tiresome after a while

Oh yea for cruising im sure its fine, but when I only tend to do about 20 miles a day it wasnt that great.

Unfortunately currently I have to remain slightly practical with the ability to carry stuff from the cash and carry if needed LOL. So I don't get to go to crazy :(

Current car been the Merc cla is about as crazy as I can get away with. I suppose I could have opted for the CLA AMG 45 which would have been more fun :)

Next car will just be for me :)

Gibbo, Here you go http://www.litchfieldimports.co.uk/Stocklist/Nissan-GTR-H5

That is a lot of car, upgrades and warranty for 45k!

Edit:
Was just thinking, if you do buy a car like this, remember for tracking you will want cooling mods, everything will overheat after a few laps without extra oil coolers.

Also look at the Litchfield suspension setup.

That is seriously nice and he's done every mod I'd have down to fitting the staggered MPSS tyre option.

What's the all important 12 in the vin all about?

The 12 means it is a true 2010 model and not an 09 that was registered in 2010 (lots of those about).

The 2010s had quite a few update done to them over the 09s which were the first official UK cars, not the 08 Jap imports.

Also remember that car has their so called Stage 4.25 package (same as my SVM 650R) which means full catless system including the downpipes.

Wouldn't spend my money on any of them but if i was pressed for a decision it would be the Jag, Very unique car with a lovely sound to it.

GTR looks very plain imo but it is a proper super car. So in short if i wanted performance it would be the GTR and if i wanted something to stand out and really bring a smile to my face then the Jag.

He's got the M3 for the fun ;)

Lol all dem options on the cayman s, you could get better aftermarket bits for 1/2 the price :P . No wonder porsche are the most profitable car company. Personally i would go for the gtr, purely for the on time you pull up next to a ferrari 458 or mp4 12c at the lights and leave them for dead when they go green. Also people who say they are boring are lying, they are actually terrifying because you have to go stupidly fast to get them sideways, people who say they are boring aren't going fast enough ;)

I would understand going for the jaaaaag, if you can see it out the window while working.

Jag.

Caymen - Screams "I can't afford a new 911 turbo"
GTR - It's for mid life crisis middle managers, and 20somethings that still live at home with mummy and daddy in leafy surrey.
