Just like to say to James from the returns department thank you very much with all your help and assistant your such good person , easy to talk to and very understanding with kind heart.

had few issue with return item but James stepped in and sorted every thing in peaceful manner and has got the company a customer for life. hope they give you bonus after reading this you deserve it.

Haven't dealt with Bailey before, but last time I had a problem with my Zalman Z9 Plus front panel Overclockers sent one out to me without a single question asked. Once I move to Uni in England I will get everything from OcUK due to the great cutomer service and the free delivery. :D
 
forgot to mention James threw bf4 vouchers in their for free off his own accord guess it was for the problems and troubles i went through.
