Put one of these in a friends build, and it is unusually hot. Under Prime it went to 75, thermal paste is correctly applied and cooler is a Prolimatech Panther.
I've only used HWMonitor to check he temps, I'll have to ask him to use some different programs tomorrow if that's the issue. Am I missing something here? Case is a HAF XB with Arctic Cooling F12s, doubt that's the issue.
