Fixing a treadmill. Need a part

Hi

Does anyone know Anywhere i can get one of these?

It goes inside the rear roller bar of an un-powered treadmill and houses a bearing and a steal bar runs through the center.
I think its called a Nylon flanged bushing. :p
I've tried google extensively but struggling to find anything as the make of the treadmill seems to be a "generic OEM" rebranded thing bought from the local Sports shop (no longer stocked ive checked)

The thing cost nearly 2000SEK (£199) so it would be a shame to dump cos of one silly worn out part. (Might even by a whole new roller bar, they weigh a ton though)

your treadmill cost £200? not surprised it's fallen apart tbh.

how good are those 3D printer things? can they make something durable? people have made real guns from them, so I imagine you could get one custom made albeit expensive for such a cheap treadmill.

Yeah it was 50% off apparently. End of line sale. Shes had it a few years. I said it might be repairable. :D

That would be great and worth a try. How much would you want for Material/Post to Sweden...? Last i checked snail mail was about £1.50 small packet.

Its not too complicated a thing ill get measuring.

the measurements are accurate the picture isnt quite to scale

i got an A in CDT at school i knew it would pay dividends :P

i forgot a depth of 10mm on the cross section (so from red to green verticle sunk), before the smaller 2mm depth.

It does not really make sense, can you do diameters, or better yet, send me the part and I can duplicate it.
