My Phantom S5.

The situation I've read about Stasis is 'interesting'. Shame really, as the warranty aspect of it made it quite popular with the Americans.
Over here it's only really a choice between APR (and all their franchises) and MRC. Maybe Revo if all you want is a map and nothing further.

Id take the blue RS4 behind, oh wait, I've done that. :)

What cars have you owned out of interest (and what gearboxes)?

I would love a B7 RS4 and it was in budget (high mileage though) which put me off before I bought my A3. Kind of glad I didn't as today I drove 7 miles in bumper to bumper traffic most of which was uphill... where S-Tronic comes into it's own!

My vote for mapping would be 100% go for MRC who did my mapping.

However on rare occasions their mechanical work can be a little hit and miss due to new mechanics, rushed timetables etc, although again it's rare.

Ive only ever owned a single automatic and its the car I drive today. Im sure there is a list of my cars somewhere, but a few.

What do you think of Revo?

I am thinking of having my car mapped at Revo, I always avoided them as they are known for being aggressive with the boost at low rpm, but honestly I never go about 3kRPM anymore (too used to driving diesels) and it would probably suit my driving style to run an agressive map.

That and the nearest revo dealer is only 12 miles away...

As an employee of a competitor, what do you think im going to say? :p

Id do a google about revo/stasis and make up your own mind.

Small update, big-ish image.

APR Carbonio Stage 1 and Stage 2 intake pipes fitted. Allows a little bit of the supercharger whine to be audible and throttle response is greatly increased!!

The airbox is second hand, hence the colour difference. Im going to buff it up this week and see how it comes out.

Hey guys.

A quick before and after of the exhaust from last night. Ill be doing some flyby video today hopefully if the weather stays good.

So much better, and with the APR exhaust there is absolutely ZERO drone in the car, im very happy with it.

I have my springs and spacers ready to go but im going to paris this weekend, so will probably wait to have them fitted.

ooooo nice improvement :D didn't sound bad in stock to be fair. deffo has more grunt to it though :D

*patiently awaits the screaming fly-bys* :D

Seriously nice looking car mate, I've only read the first page so far, but looking forward to reading the rest and more about the mods you have panned :)

Its about done to the level I want it.

Springs and spacers should make it sit a little nice, and the pulley upgrade should see me close to 500hp on good fuel :)
