Possibly. Got a few nice beers in the fridge and the wwe network to watch but I may be on after then depending what the other half says.


Also it just occurred to me that the smart pistol is a good compensator after having a couple beers.

totally agree, it's cheeky but satisfying when you get a guy with it after hes been wiping the floor, and the walls in this games case, with you.
 
I had something like 250 shotgun kills in 2hrs id used it. I had over 350 in an hour with the smart pistol. It just goes through grunts and spectres like nothing. Ahwell not long to go till I've got a good chunk of the experience out of it and then it's on to something else while I try and hit my first level 50. SMG or LMG probably when it's unlocked.

Working on my Gen3 challenges at the moment. The Titan Railgun... why is this even a thing. I really am not looking forward to having to get 50 titan kills with it. Played about 10 games last night, managed 3 titan kills using the railgun... =/ It's sooooooo bad. Or it might just be because i'm used to using Quad Rockets and Big Punch at melee range. Anywho, apparently it gets better with the 'Instant Shot' mod, I truly hope so, because zoom-charge is atrocious!

I found the Railgun really good but it's definitely a ranged weapon, not something you get up close with. I used it with the Stryder as you can still dash while zoomed in. Fully charged it hits hard.
 
I hate myself for bring tempted by this as i'm not a fan of the COD series since MW1.

Out of interest, where's the cheapest place to get a copy? Any of the CD key sites reliable? I assume Origin is mandatory?

Yeah need origin Cheapest place is still Mexican Origin site at around £22-£23,, or cdkeys.com is £28 I think.

I got a key from simplygames for £28 for my dad and had no issues. Was an EU key so didnt require any dodgy language packs installing either.

As for the COD comment, it reminds me more of unreal tournament than COD tbh.
 
So much for anti-cheats, just been in a game with a blatant aimbot. As soon as there was a line of sight you were dead. His name just kept rotating between everyone else's in the server too, so no way of identifying him... :rolleyes:
 
Well my mouse was playing up again tonight so it is definitely faulty. Bonus is Logitech are shipping a replacement thanks to the 3 year warranty. Very pleased.
 
I can't seem to adjust the mouse sensitivity (dpi) using logitech software ...? When I get in a game it resets back to standard speed what am I doing wrong?

Think I'm going to have to buy another version of this for my 6yr old son pc as he's addicted to it more than I am and does really well. He scored 28k this morning. I don't normally let him play FPS games for Gore but this seems pretty child friendly.

I managed to last a whole round in 1 titan owning lots of other titans using techniques I had learnt from driving tanks in battlefield ;-)

My normal routine is to set the mouse on its max 5700dpi and adjust windows pointer to the right sort of speed atm its set to 1 bar from slowest. That suits most games like battlefield and cod. But when I set the pointer speed to it's slowest on Titanfall settings its still really fast. Even if I adjust the pointer on windows to the slowest which is really slow on the desktop, Or if I set the dpi lower it seems to not help either...? As soon as I get in game the only mouse setting which changes the speed is the in game settings but they don't slow it down enough. I must be doing something wrong if other ppl can slow it down to a very slow pointer speed?
 
I run max mouse sensitivity, leave windows mouse setting in the middle as adjusting this leads to mouse acceleration/deceleration.

Then adjust in game to personal feel.

I seriously doubt this is true, as I use 2000DPI on my mouse with windows notch down 1, and I feel no acceleration
