I have a PC that runs windows 7.
Is there a .iso image stored in a folder somewhere, if so where ?
If there isn't can I create one using Alcohol120/deamon tools.
I want this to use on IMAC VMware

Downloading is not an option as I have a crap connection and it would take days .if there is not a file already on my pc I will have to look into making on.

No, there is not an ISO file installed by Windows 7 by default.

Your only option is to either download or use your original disc. Incidentally, how fast is your internet connection?

I don't know the speed as I haven't used it much since I moved.
But I know my son moans about it with his xbox and my misses complains about dropped connection when she is using her ipad.
I'll use a program to create one should be OK.

I'm not sure where you think you'll be able to create one from?
Unless you mean making a full image of your hdd and using that on the VM some how, although I'm not sure that's possible either.

Try running a speedtest from a wired pc or post your Internet provider info.

If you need the iso I have 64bit home premium & ultimate both sp1 I can upload to Dropbox both grabbed from digital river links a while ago.

Tom e. What I was going to do was put my DVD copy in a drive and create a ISO from that.

Rensin thanx for the offer . I ca.t do anything till weekend so I see then

Ah right, I thought you didn't have a disc which is why you needed an iso. That'll work fine :)
