Hello all!

Cybernations is a great online nation building game and political maze set on the Planet Bob whether you simply want to build a glorious state or you want to become an esteemed politician on Planet Bob, the game offers it all!

OcUK have had an alliance in Cybernations for a staggering 7 years now! And we have become the old guard as it were, we have a reputation for being steadfast, we have never surrendered, we carve out our own destiny and bend Planet Bob to our will.

We think it's time to awaken the beast as it has been slumbering, but recently GOONS poked us with a stick (a somethingawful.com alliance) and they quickly realised they didn't want to tangle with us after all.

So it's only right that we remind everyone on Planet Bob that OcUK isn't a name to be trifled with and so we are looking to expand our ranks once more with a recruitment drive! And so we're welcoming with open arms our OcUK brethren. We will be able to provide advice, financial aid and any other assistance required to help to build your nations to the strongest they can be, for the greater good of the mighty OcUK!

We have some good old veterans of the game amongst our ranks who will be able to show you the way and bestow their valued wisdom upon you, no doubt regaling you with war tales of old. So if you want to take up the OcUK cause then stand up and be counted!

Cyber Nations is a browser-based game whereby one attempts to build a nation; Choosing carefully where to invest money and resources to build a successful and competitive nation.

Essentially the nation building aspect of the game is really rather simple, where you can invest as much or as little time as you like. The real fun lies in the political interaction with other players. Alliances can consist of hundreds of nations (players) whom when decide to go to war with their foe can cause quite a kerfuffle, as you can imagine. So it's quite a balancing act of asserting your power and not aggravating too many players so as to land yourself on the receiving end of an organised, multi-alliance, offensive!

Fortunately, the OcUK alliance has been around in the world of Cyber Nations (endearingly referred to by players as 'Planet Bob') for quite a few years now, and so we have a number of old friends and associates who may rally to our cause if we ever found ourselves in a spot of bother. But we're reaching out to the OcUK forums once again so that we might bolster our numbers and increase our influence on Planet Bob. It's a bit of a revival for the alliance, where we're hoping to bring back the old days of allies, enemies and war games, so it's an exciting time to join.

It's all a bit of fun and really doesn't require a lot of commitment at all, so come and give it a try. Fly the OcUK flag and help us stick it to the enemy!

I would be interested in this, but I have a whole evening of plucking my grey pubes from my nether regions, that I might find it difficult to find the time,

then again I may play it, instead of staying in and performing my usual Domestos eyewash routine.

Yes indeed. Those up at 2am posting on OcUK - living in the fast lane as it were - may not find the dull, humdrum monotony of maintaining a cyber nation a particularly enthralling endeavour. :)

I have sent you aids of $6000000. Concentrate on buying infrastructure. Your first improvement should be a harbour then banks/factories.

I recommend you move off grey and change to blue team as trade will come easier.

There are guides on the alliance forum that help with nation building.
