BMW New Zealand has today announced a foray into the world of baby products with the upcoming launch of the all-new BMW ZZZ Series Cot. This latest innovation from BMW embodies the spirit of The Ultimate Drive within the confines of a premium baby cot that simulates the noises and g-forces of a road journey - all in the comfort of the nursery. BMW say they have created the ZZZ Series Cot to aid ‘new parents facing the age-old struggle of getting their infants to sleep’ and believe it will be an instant success within the parenting market.

Nina Englert, Managing Director, said “BMW New Zealand is excited to be putting parents back into the driving seat with the launch of our all-new ZZZ Series Cot.

“The cot was developed in response to the plight of millions of parents around the world who spend hours behind the wheel driving around the block in an effort to get their upset infants to sleep - and we look forward to making their lives easier with this latest addition to our family. As the only automotive brand to have been consistently recognised in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the past 15 years, this is another example of how we are committed to reducing fuel use and negating carbon emissions, as with the ZZZ Series Cot there is no longer a need to drive countless kilometres around the neighbourhood.”

BMW WELCOMES NEW ADDITION TO THE FAMILY The BMW ZZZ Series Cot - The Ultimate Sleeping Machine

“As the only automotive brand to have been consistently recognised in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the past 15 years, this is another example of how we are committed to reducing fuel use and negating carbon emissions, as with the ZZZ Series Cot there is no longer a need to drive countless kilometres around the neighbourhood.

“We are confident product sales will emulate those of our award-winning vehicle range which was recently named New Zealand’s number one seller in the premium category,” she added.

After having undergone an extensive research and development process that has, until now, been shrouded in secrecy; the BMW ZZZ Series Cot displays all the hallmarks of BMW’s world-renowned trademark style and innovation.

Within its lightweight carbon fibre reinforced plastic moulding is a fusion of German engineering and technology to help ensure infants sleep better, for longer, and in safety and comfort.

The versatility and functionality of the ZZZ Series Cot is extensive with features such as four custom Ultimate Sleep Drive-Motion settings; Customised Engine Sound Selector allowing access to engine sounds of the entire BMW range; and the BMW ZZZ Series Smart Device App featuring In-situ Cot-Cam for remote viewing, Integrated Climate Control and Moisture Detection Sensor.

Those features, along with a skillful blend of comfort and luxury including custom premium leather interior and a Customised Colour Match System for synergy with the family BMW, ensure the BMW ZZZ Series Cot truly is the Ultimate Sleep Machine.

Didn't they partner with Thermaltake a while back on a computer case?

I bet people would pay extra for a BMW branded baby cot.
