Hi guys.
What kinda performance do you think will be possible on a 4k panel running the Crossfire setup in my sig?
I was going to sell the 7950's for around £300 a while back, then put that money towards the upcoming 6GB 780 but I'm sure performance on a single 780 will not be on par with my two 7950s.
Running a 4k panel is right up there at the top of my list, and I saw Gibbo mention in the monitors section when he was describing some of the new 4k panels, he mentioned you'll need a 290x or 780ti if you want one. Looking at various comparison charts and figures that show my 7950s outperform a top of the line single GPU in most cases unless that single GPU is insanely overclocked.
So like I said earlier, do you think I could get away with running my 7950s on a 4k panel with reasonable fps?
