Is it fair that I was excluded from college?

Regardless of what you have/haven't done, yes it seems fair seeing as you seem to know what you've done what rules you have broken.

However you're rather valuable to the college, depending on what course you're doing, you can be worth several thousand pounds (in terms of funding) so it some ways it isn't worth the college excluding you permanently as they'd lose out on the funding.

Seems crazy to me that you would continue messing about if you were already on a final warning. Just why!?

At the first point of any warnings I would have kept my head down and done the work I was supposed to.

Sorry but little sympathy here as well.

Only hope is apologise and cross your fingers, though from the colleges point of view you haven't learnt from the previous warnings.

This is what is wrong with education currently its all about money and statistics, they kids know this and use it to their advantage and as an excuse to slack off and pretty much do what ever they want without and consequence. One of the roles of a college or sixth form is to prepare young people for the real world of work, if the OP had the same disciplinary record in a workplace I am pretty sure they would have terminated his employment which would have also meant he was unable to access the benefits system therefore consequences to his actions.

I am very much of the mind that sometimes people need to face the harsh reality of their choices and deal with the consequences, if we don't let them learn from their mistakes in their teenage years they are never going to.

I hope they don't let you back in as an example to other students on how to go about throwing your future away.

It's a stage 3, I am on the edge and must keep my balance! Why would I do it again? I want to move to Sweden and get a career and a new life and start fresh. I just need to force myself to mature and get my head down and blank the rest of the students out.

lol i liked this bit. :D Sweden doesnt want more morons.

With the levels of stupidty shown by the op I'm surprised when he went to catch the bus afterwards he didn't end up under it :D

My daughter is just finishing her A-levels, if she got in this predicament I would be none too pleased.

OP you really need to get your act together, rules are there for a reason, but it was only a coded BSOD you say, well that's according to you. The recipient not having the source in front of them and not being too savy would not know if the payload was harmless or could bring down the whole college system. Looking at it from that point could have raised a real panic, yes there are/should be back-ups but still there would be the fear that possibly hundreds of people could lose work not yet backed up. Now that fear was misplaced but a lot of people could have been pulled from different locations to check this out, all this costs money, lost time on important work and jobs in progress.

Look at the bigger picture and grow up, you are only having a hard time because of the hard time you already caused for others.

And the part where you mention others were doing it and getting away with it, why be one of the sheep that throws yourself in front of the wolf with the rest of them, one of you was going to get bitten sooner or later, it turned out to be you.

If they allow you to continue on your course and you mess up again I would not come back here and mention it, GD gets carnivorous.

This is vital to my future, the last disciplinary I had I had to sign a contract stating that I would use the computers sensibly
Says it all really. If you thought it was that vital to your future you shouldn't have been such a muppet to mess around with the tutor's machines. You made the mess, now you've pretty much got to live in it.
