Competitive games?

Just stick to game mechanics with your comments, when somebody is failing hard and trying to pin it on a teammate, constantly reminding them of why they derped etc. will wind them up way more than insults. If they report you Riot will look over the chat from the game and they'll get in trouble.

I always found complaining stupid myself, it's like you're sitting there missing farm and potential ganks/kills to type some rubbish, does nobody any favors and most people don't like being told that neither. :p

Exactly!! it infuriates me that they tell you that you are a poor farmer etc only to stop and type and get ganked or lose out on farm. XD but it does give me a little satisfaction. "Serves them right" I always say

Don't let it bother you, whenever you get a chance to observe their play while recalling or while dead etc. just drop some appropriate comments their way if they are bitching hard.

'I hope you don't want to be an astronaught with that spacing'.

'You need to go and play some Farmville to improve that farming bro'.

'You've clearly never been to a hospital with that ward awareness'.

Give it 5 minutes and you'll be winding them up like Zilean. :D If you wind them up to the point where they threaten to afk or feed, your entire team will turn on them and then you won't hear another word!

the classics!! XD like
"Go back to Tetris"

it used to bother me more than it does now, I guess the break did some good.
the only thing that hurts is how bad I am right now XD it is taking me a long time to get my game back from banana support levels.

I would say that the top competitive games at the moment looks something like this: (in no particular order)

League of Legends
Dota 2
Star Craft 2
CS: GO
Quake Live

There's a big TFC/RTCW/ET shaped gap waiting to be filled in the competitive fps scene. Quake Live is great an all, but not if you're into teamplay, and CS:GO is too damn slow!

CS:GO for sure.

I don't play, but watched the large majority of the Fragbite masters tourney over the last week or so. It's very entertaining!

I like CS:GO but just feels a bit slow. The rest like LoL, SC2 DOTA 2 etc I don't think I'll ever get into. They just aren't my type of games. There is a big gap imo for a developer to make a competitive FPS game again as Warbie said. Titanfall is the closest yet but I just feel it won't last due to the lack of content in game atm. Also Titans are pretty annoying.

Chivalry - good lucky with the learning curve though, some of the higher ranking players are absolute nails :D

Must admit had so much fun on CS:GO today. First time playing and finished in top 2 on my team every map. Think I could end up playing it enjoyed the quick matches but will see once I move up the ranks again better players :3 Played well considering I've only seen gameplay on the maps to go by.
