best budget iem headphones?

If you can find them cheap then the Fischer Audio Consonance are fantastic in that price range. I think they are EOL now though but they were cheap on amazon a few months ago.

Consonance are very similar to the Eternas, which are very very fun sounding IEMs. They're my go-to daily IEM, but even I would take the E10s over them as they have better soundstage and slightly less recessed treble.

Fair enough, i've never tried them so I can't say. Agreed they have an incredibly fun sound signature, epic for playing dubstep!

I find them best suited to rock/metal/certain blues tracks, actually. They can certainly manage dub/drum/moombahton/dnb/edm/etc easily, but imo its not where they perform best.

Maybe the Eterna's are slightly less accentuated on the bass front? The Consonance's really go fairly deep. Better than my Audio Technica ATH M50's and my Cambridge Audio S30 speakers anyway. What earphones would you say are best suited to dubstep? I listen to bands like pink floyd and the flaming lips and while they sound fantastic I definitely feel they are more suited to electronic music.
