My new gpu will be arriving tomorro after a slight delay and upon researching I noticed that the latest amd drivers appear to be 13.12 with 14.xx beta.

What would be the best one to install
 
If you want stability and minimal problems I would go with 13.12.

If you want to give mantel a try and don't mind the potential teething problem go for 14.3.
 
I've been using the beta drivers since I got my 290 earlier this week. All the games I've installed and tried work fine with it and I've had no problems so far.
 
You will probably be fine on the 14.3 drivers but if you run into any problems just revert back to 13.12.

I personnelly decided to stay on the 13.12 drivers with my 7990 until all of the problems are fixed with the new lot of beta drivers. There have made some big changes and mantle is only very new.

Normally I use all of the beta drivers but this is the first time I haven't.
 
Still waiting for 'rock solid' mantle drivers for my Msi 290 Gaming, getting irritated that its taking a while, however I'm in now so will wait it out. 13.12 have been flawless for me, so come on Amd get yer finger out, would like to experience mantle/tru-audio before my card is obsolete. :)
 
you cant, only by replacing one with the other, only takes a few minutes depending on whether you follow the install on top method or remove all drivers first method. :)
