Vauxhall specialist in or near derby ?

Ive got astra van SE so the 1.9cdti 16v I would like to know were would be best near derby to take it, and where people would recommend ? needs a service and I would like the gear box oil replacing.

Because I wouldn't have a heating engineer working on aircon,same principles. Just less off a risk, its my work horse so cant afford for it to be off the road because some one forgot to tighten something up to a certain level because that's how it's normally done on say a ford.

It isn't the same principal at all.
 
Agreed. Makes sense to take it to a well thought of garage in your area, and that's well worth asking about - but that car doesn't need a specialist at all.
 
For a decent service I would not be taking it to a Vauxhall dealer. A decent independent garage would do a better job. There is nothing specialist about the 16v cdti engine.

Why do you want the gear oil replaced ?
