Summer Holiday Asia Plans... Help!

Thanks, feel free to trust me if you want any other info. I lived in Malaysia for a year and visited there for 3 weeks a couple of years ago. My good friends live in Singapore and have done for 3 years and my employee has lived there her whole life, so I've got some good sources!
 
You've got the right idea anyway. Less moving is more meaningful.

We took 3 weeks just to travel in Vietnam and could have stretched it to 4 or 5 easily. I can't imagine taking 3 weeks to "do" Vietnam/Cambodia AND Thailand - impossible to really get under the skin of a country if you're traveling that fast.
