Issue with bitfenix braided cable, slightly different connector to my PSU one

Hi all,

Just looking for some advice, purchased some braided cabling from here, but just went to fit it... The 24 pin ATX fits fine, haven't tried the 8 pin yet, but I have an issue with the 6 pin... The connector is slightly different to the one from my PSU.

To confirm... the extension DOES fit into the PSU 6 pin, but the male end of the extension does NOT fit into my GTX 460

See the pics attached, blue is bitfenix, black is my PSU... The middle top pin is square on the bitfenix, whereas the PSU one is the rounded style

Is this a defect in the product or have I bought the wrong thing? I have two cables like this

Haven't opened a private post with the customer service forum as I assume nobody will answer at this time

You have the wrong (earlier) revision cable, OcUk will be able to swap it over for you

Yeah just make a post in customer services and link to this thread to help explain the problem and I'm 100% sure they will sort the matter out for you.

Cables are being returned to OcUK and they're looking into hopefully getting the correct ones
