BT mail blocked on firefox?

My mum is having issues trying to load the page since last night to log onto BTmail using firefox, I went over and it works on chrome etc but anyone know why this would be?

Fine here. It might be worth clearing Firefox's cache and relevant cookies.

After a few attempts at clearing cookies it now works cheers mate.

My dad had this last night (the page just loaded blank) - clearing cookies and it worked again, didn't put any more thought into it at the time.
