I want to watercool my rig but I'm going to be running 8 fans in this rig.

can some point be in the right direction for low rpm fans that a super quiet ?

Also is there way I can control all these fans of one adaptor/controller? or is there some fans that or super quiet that can run at full rpm and still hardly make a sound ?

Can't realy point to any good fans as most of myn are from 10 years ago ;) but its not realy hard to work out which ones are for you.
Just look at the db level (noise), rpm (speed), flow, (amount of air moved) and then if u think u got a good one check to see if the webs has a review

What size fans are you after and what case are you building into?

If you are water-cooling anyway I'd suggest running them all from a controller so you can turn them down if needed. It also depends how noisy your pump is, no point having quiet fans if your pump is making a racket.

I have 7 Bitfenix Specre Pros (200mm x3, 140mm x3 and 120mm x1) on a 3 speed controller that comes with the NZXT 630. I generally run them on setting 2 as any lower I just hear the pump (DCP 4.0) over them anyway.

I hear the Sharkoon Silent Eagle range are good noise wise but have not tested them personally.

I have Corasir sp120 quiet edition fans on a controller and have them set between 30 and 60% can only hear them with my head in the case :)

agreed about using the fan controller I'm using a lamptron FC touch

Depending on your motherboard, you may be able to control the fans via software. This is what I do with mines (ROG Maximus Hero VI). I have the 2 Gentle Typhoons on my 240 rad connected to CPU_FAN header (via splitter) and my 3 GT's on my 360 external rad connected to CPU_OPT. This keeps them all at the same speed and I can set a custom profile so that they increase/ decrease along with temps.

I also have my chassis fans connected to the other headers, which also have their own independent fan profiles.

If your MOBO headers do not directly allow you to control your fans via software, then a fan controller is your best friend. You certainly don't want 8 fans blasting away at 100% all the time, unless there max rpm is very low - but that in turn will limit their ability to dissipate heat from the rad if and when things get a little bit toasty. So your best bet is to get high static pressure fans, with good airflow and control them either via software or a hardware fan controller.

If you are struggling for space in your case, you can even get an external touch screen fan controller. I have used it on my previous build and it is reasonably good. I would still be using it to this day had my Hero and Asus AI Suite not given me the ability to control my fans in the way I required.

Your pump will make more noise than fans.I've got switech 35x(connect to lamptron touch 52%),corsair sp running on 600rpm.Hard drive makes more noise than LC.
