Are you kidding me?

DO NOT BUY HAZRO FROM OCUK
DO NOT BUY HAZRO FROM OCUK
Am I being unclear?

Second monitor turned up today. Left a tad early to come home. Switched it on. LEDS bottom RIGHT have gone. I adjusted the cables etc. It turns out that when I adjust the pitch using the screen, the LEDS flicker. Turns out the whole ****ing panel has come loose from the screen. The panel is sliding around the panel

This has two affects;

1. The LEDS flicker depending on the pitch/yaw of the screen
2. The entire bottom bar of Windows is obscured because the screen is 0.5" lower than it should be, i.e. is has slid down vertically

WHAT A ****ING PILE OF STINKING CRAP. SECOND ONE IN A WEEK TO DO THIS

DO NOT BUY HAZRO FROM OCUK

Absolutely joke

2 days before LAN. Epic stuff OCUK and Hazro

It's not ocuk fault. And not hazro.
Obviously miss handled when delivered or you are man handling them to much.

Although ocuk has that delivery to i51 thing yea? Have them swap it out there and then.
I'm sure if you take it with you and show them they will gladly help.

I have purchased 2 30" hazro and had a hand in helping family and friends buy over 10 hazro monitors from ocuk with zero issues

Now the screen has also just stopped working.

I'd say its pretty much NOT his faulty tbh. I dont think after being on his 3rd monitor he's gonna start throwing it around before plugging it in! Jeez.

Reading through this it does make me wonder whether this batch of monitors were purchased as new stock and not refurb or second user. I wouldn't expect those to come off of QA with those faults.

From my experience...(We deal with a supplier who deal in refurb stock) barely checked. I'd expect just the box condition at best.

I find this surprising - been using ocuk for a decade now almost exclusively (unless after a specific product they don't sell) and never had a single damaged/faulty item! Concerning though - I hope you get it all resolved badboy!

don't think he is being childish  just annoyed and frustrated ;) i do wish over clockers would offer a service to open and check the monitor is working with no faults and no dead pixels like another online retailer provides,it would make them money and save a whole load of uncertainty and peace of mind on the buyers end

but he didn't pay for a service to open and check the monitor - it also couldn't be sold as new if it was opened.

I understand there is a serious issue with their order, however, there are ways and means and it appears OcUK are trying to help - if the OP went into Tescos ranting the way they have done here, they would be asked not to speak to the staff in that way and ultimately asked to leave the store.

Why treat OcUK staff any differently just because it is on an internet forum?
