Are you kidding me?

DELL delivered the new mons today but didn't collect the old one. So I now have two DELL 27" 2560x1440 mons... and the Hazros that OCUK keeps saying they'll pick up but don't haha

So just for the weekend, I may have dual DELLs... but they will pick it up Tuesday

I think what OCUK have done is really good, hopefully the monitor sorts out for you.

Ive been through something similar just recently with OCUK over a powersupply and to be fair to them they have sent me a much superior power supply (superflower 80+ gold) and given me watchdogs and an amd ruby/gold code which is all worth good bit more than what i ordered.

My problem came from ordering bgrade and I've had bgrade issues before, i might just avoid it like the plague in the future!

New monitor is almost perfect. For some reason DELL have used "Rev A00" on this one, even though it was manufactured later than the one I had which had "Rev A01" on it. Loads of forums have complaints on them about BLB so I guess DELL did something

Old one is being collected unfortunately...

Remember Badboy. regarding the almost perfect IPS Screens usually have corner bleed due to the nature of the panel.

Glad it worked out for you though. See you at i52.

Just wanted to share another good RMA experience, its the first time I've had to use the RMA with them.

Arranged an RMA yesterday at 10am, sent my 290 back, they received it today, and at 11 I had an email saying a replacement would go out today.

Couldn't ask for anything better than that, stunning service.

Just wanted to chime in with another +1 for Bailey.

After buying a brand new 4670k in the Today only sale last week, it turned up on the Saturday in a sorry state and was clearly a used, B-Grade item.

Though I was understandably quite annoyed given I'd actually paid the £15 Saturday delivery (rather than forum free) I was more miffed by the begrudging "it wouldn't have been delivered like that" response I got on the phone. Fortunately, I opened it straight after delivery so the delivery time vs call/post time etc checked out, and after leaving a post in the CS forum, Bailey (to the rescue!) is sorting me a replacement due for delivery tomorrow.

Delivery, return, and re-delivery inside 7 days covering a bank holiday weekend. Though it should never have cleared the warehouse in the first place, it's hard to ask for better customer service than I've received by Bailey.

Just wanted to put it on record for all to see.

Perfect example of how customer service should be done if you ask me.
Though it does sound like someone in the warehouse needs a kick in the bottom :p

Pretty much the reason I always come back to OCUK, any issues and the lads usually sort it out pretty quick.

Had a GTX 470 delivered DOA a few years back now and had a new one in my hands within 3 days.
Couldn't ask for better really.

Badboy, it does sound like you really, REALLY offended someone in a former life though :D

I absolutely agree Bailey is the man but OCUK should look at their processes. It cannot be a coincidence that all of these bgrade items are being sent out. The optimist says their processes could do with some re-engineering... the pessimist says they do it on purpose in the hope people accept them

Thanks to Bailey and 5UB for the help
