Aye, it's very nice and comfortable...I enjoy driving it...no muss and no fuss, which is exactly what I wanted from a car.

Nice lovely looking motor. I almost went A6 too before going for the F11.

How are you finding the engine? I had the 177 in an old A4 Quattro and found it pleasant enough to drive, but utterly terrible on fuel. Perhaps it wasn't broken in, but low - mid 30's out of a modern diesel was too low for me to stand.
I find the newer idrive with a few buttons nice enough to use, but it's bordering on having too many buttons to press when you could easily just use the rotary button to select like the old version
The infotainment controls look quite interesting - do you find them intuitive? I've not used one of the vag multi button systems yet but it kinda looks like they've just moved the main buttons down to the gear stick (not really a bad thing imo).
