Anyone work for parcelforce?

Hi chaps,

Ive sent a parcel to the wrong address and the offices are now closed.

Is there any way I can contact them for emergencys? lol

I need to get the address changed.

And its a 48 hour parcel so delivery is tommorow mate.

Ring the delivery depot first thing with your details to hand. Given the chance, people can be surprisingly helpful

Find out the depot phone number each has a different 0845 number and call at 8am, press option 5 and someone from that depot will answer the call, they will message the drivers hand held device instantly no oout of hours numbers or email etc would do any good as messages don't normally get looked at until well after 9.

Remember not ur depot the delivery depot! Unless it's Luton then might be me delievering it!

If it is on the van then they could possible just cancel the consignment and return it to the depot.

if it is anything like DPD then when it comes to your packages turn to be delivered, his pda will say not to.

DPD changed a delivery address for me an hour before it was predicted to be delivered so it's certainly possible.

Yeah should be unless the driver is a complete ass and wants to return it get address changed and take back out tomorrow
