New French Press / Cafetiere

Definitely an Aeropress for single mugs, but a French Press is so easy and convenient for multiple mugs of coffee. I am interested in other people's suggestions as well, as I'd like to be able to make 3-4 cups of fresh coffee without the sediment that you can end up with using a French press.

You can do multiple cups with an aeropress. Just put the appropriate amount of coffee into the press (give it time to brew) then press into a jug - I use an old cafitiere jug. Finally top off with water to the correct volume.

the Espro press is pretty good for low sediment press coffee, though it doesn't entirely eliminate it.

Otherwise, a large chemex is probably best for sediment free large volume brewing.

I've done 2 cups with the AeroPress, not sure I'd want to stretch it to 4. May give it a try though.

Thanks, I'll have a look for a large Chemex.
